With RetailNOW around the corner, it was simply time to make things official. We're now proud members of the Retail Solutions Providers Association – North America's association for the point-of-sale technology ecosystem. We took the opportunity to ask John Clarke, CEO of Worldnet Paments, a few key questions to get us properly introduced to the thousands of RSPA members across the country.

- What excites you the most about the future of the Retail IT industry?
Consumer behavior has changed in the most dramatic way – everything needs to change to address this digital shift. Their expectations are driven by remarkable online experiences; retail now needs to apply these proven online models in the physical world.
Retailers need to prioritize open cloud-based solutions, flexibility, and more choice for smarter consumers. This is what excites me the most because we get to help them do this and increase their revenues by simply providing them and their customers with a superior payments experience.
